WestGate Church is committed to helping every person in our community grow in their understanding of what being a Christ follower means.

At WestGate we believe this means learning how to love God, how to love our neighbors and how to love one another.

We learn this through getting into the Word, praying, being in church community and serving our local and global communities.

A Disciple is committed to these principles:

I will LOVE GOD by
• Having regular, designated time in His Word
• Spending regular time talking and listening to Him (prayer)
• Surrendering to His will

I will LOVE MY NEIGHBOR by
• Intentionally building bridges to the unchurched and unsaved around me
• Compassionately serving and giving to needs both locally and globally
• Sharing my story when God gives me the opportunity

I will LOVE ONE ANOTHER by
• Sharing my life with others in a Community Group
• Supporting and encouraging those in my Community Group
• Serving the body of WestGate Church consistently
